Promis (Project Monitoring System)
Centralized government research project monitoring system with an NLP model that auto-generates research titles.
Research offices track many concurrent projects with inconsistent metadata, and naming each project clearly is a manual, subjective step. The system adds an AI assist to that workflow.
A custom NLP model was trained on past project datasets and exposed as Python microservices, with secure REST integration into the Laravel monitoring app. The modular service architecture keeps the AI components independently deployable and maintainable, and the title-generation feature speeds up project intake.
