SprintOps

A unified operating system that brings project management, DevOps, personal productivity, startup operations, and organizational knowledge into one platform.

Software teams run on disconnected applications: one tool for project management, another for source code, and others for monitoring, deployments, documentation, scheduling, personal tasks, customer management, and financial tracking. A typical startup stack spans Jira or Linear, GitHub, Grafana, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Notion, Google Calendar, Trello or Todoist, a CRM, and spreadsheets. The seams between them produce duplicated information, fragmented workflows, knowledge silos, and constant context switching.

SprintOps consolidates these capabilities into one platform where engineering, operations, business management, documentation, and personal productivity coexist in a shared workspace. It is built Manual-First: every workflow is fully functional without AI. AI is then added as an enhancement layer over planning, execution, analysis, and automation, without taking decision-making away from the people using it.

The result is a single operating system for an organization, or an individual, that removes tool sprawl while preserving the transparency and control teams need to trust it.

How AI accelerated this

Manual-First, AI-Enhanced: every core workflow is fully usable without AI, and AI is layered on to progressively improve planning, execution, analysis, and automation while keeping decisions transparent and user-controlled.
